Open Level Vinyasa

 

Vinyasa can be decoded from its root words Nyasa meaning "to place" and vi meaning "in a special way." It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. This class is sutable for all levels.

Prenatal

 

A gentle yet energizing Yoga Flow adapted to pre and post natal mothers, that emphasizes stability, flexibility and vitality. This class offers mothers a space of relaxation and an opportunity to connect with their babies. Pre-crawling babies are welcome. A wonderful opportunity to prepare for birthing through breath, body and mind awareness.



Yoga with Weights

 

This vinyasa-style class allows the student to use light weights to further build strength and endurance. Students will leave class feeling empowered, strong, and reconnected with their bodies.

 

Yoga with Meditation

 

A half an hour-long vinyasa class is followed by a half an hour led meditation session. Students will leave feeling calm, focused, and rejuvinated.
